  • oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  egg whites 
  • 3.4 oz jell-o lemon flavor pudding instant
  • Tbsp juice of lemon 
  • Tbsp oil 
  • 16 oz powdered sugar 
  • cup water 
  • pkg duncan hines classic decadent cake mix white (2-layer size)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat first 5 ingredients in large bowl with mixer until blended. (Batter will be thick.) Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
  3. Bake 21 to 24 min. or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 min.
  4. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  5. Beat cream cheese, butter and lemon juice in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gradually beat in sugar until blended.
  6. Spread onto cupcakes.
