  • cups extra wide egg noodles uncooked
  • tsp lemon zest 
  • 0.5 cup lite house dressing italian kraft
  • cups mushroom fresh
  • cup onion halved
  • Tbsp parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • cup pepper strips red
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, mix dressing and lemon zest until blended.
  3. Heat 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add chicken; cook 7 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165F).
  5. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  6. Add vegetables and remaining dressing mixture to skillet; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  7. Drain noodles.
  8. Serve topped with chicken, vegetable mixture and cheese.
