Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup cooking wine dry white
  • 1.5 cups mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.3 cup green onions sliced ( 3 medium)
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon rind grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning 
  • teaspoon garlic-flavored olive oil 
  • ounces penne pasta uncooked ()
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain well.
  2. While pasta cooks, add olive oil to a large nonstick skillet; place over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add mushrooms and green onions, and cook 3 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add wine; cook 5 minutes or until wine is reduced by half.
  5. Pour mushroom mixture over pasta; add lemon rind, salt, and lemon-pepper seasoning. Toss well.
  6. Serve immediately.
  7. 1/2 Starch
