Ingredients

  • oz ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust 
  • 0.3 cup country time lemonade flavor drink mix 
  • cup poached berries mixed (blueberries, blackberries and raspberries)
  • cups whipped cream softened
  • 0.5 cup water cold
  • oz cool whip whipped topping thawed

Equipment

  • whisk
  • blender

Directions

  1. Add water to drink mix in large bowl; stir until dissolved.
  2. Add ice cream; beat with mixer until blended.
  3. Whisk in COOL WHIP. Freeze, if necessary, until mixture is thick enough to mound.
  4. Spoon into crust.
  5. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove from freezer 15 min. before serving.
  7. Let stand at room temperature until pie can easily be cut.
  8. Serve with berries.
