  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh chopped
  • tablespoon ginger fresh minced peeled

  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped

  • tablespoon lemon rind grated
  • 0.5 cup coconut milk light
  • tablespoon soya sauce low-sodium
  • teaspoon chile pepper red hot minced

  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup soy milk 
  • tablespoons thai fish sauce 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 0.3 cup water chestnuts chopped

Directions

  1. To prepare sauce, combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. To prepare meatballs, combine ground pork and next 9 ingredients (pork through salt) in a large bowl, and shape mixture into 8 meatballs.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add meatballs; cook 7 minutes, browning on all sides.
  5. Drain well.
  6. Place sauce in a large saucepan; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  7. Add meatballs; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes.
  8. Garnish with basil and rind.
