Ingredients

  • 4.7 oz potatoes 
  • cups water boiling
  • tablespoons butter 
  • slices bacon crumbled cooked
  • oz monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced (4 medium)
  • 0.3 tsp pepper black
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs plain
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • cup frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F.
  2. In 2-quart casserole, mix Potatoes, Sauce
  3. Mix, boiling water, half-and-half and butter. Stir in remaining potato ingredients.
  4. Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
  5. In small bowl, mix bread crumbs and butter; sprinkle over top.
  6. Bake 8 minutes longer or until topping is golden.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving (sauce will thicken as it stands).
