  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • 24 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • cups oreo cookies crushed finely
  • Tbsp food coloring red
  • oz baker's semi-sweet chocolate divided (6 oz.)
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Melt 4 oz. chocolate as directed on package; place in medium bowl. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  4. Add eggs; beat just until blended.
  5. Remove 2 cups batter; mix with melted chocolate and food coloring. Carefully spread over crust; cover with remaining plain batter.
  6. Bake 26 to 28 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
  7. Melt remaining chocolate; drizzle over dessert. Refrigerate 4 hours.
