Ingredients

  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • ounce mushrooms drained sliced canned
  • 0.3 cup celery chopped
  • ounce carton cream sour
  • cup elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • 0.3 cup italian-seasoned breadcrumbs 
  • tablespoons butter melted
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • tablespoons olive oil 
  • ounce olives ripe drained sliced canned
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon paprika 
  • ounce pimientos diced drained
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Saute green pepper, celery, and onion in hot olive oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender.
  4. Combine vegetables, macaroni, mayonnaise, and next 7 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
  5. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  6. Bake, uncovered, at 325 for 20 minutes.
  7. Combine breadcrumbs and margarine; stir well.
  8. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture and paprika over casserole.
  9. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
