Ingredients

  • servings pepper black freshly ground
  • large carrots grated peeled
  •  celery stalks finely chopped
  • tablespoons dill relish sweet
  • ounces elbow macaroni 
  •  hardboiled eggs 
  • 0.7 cup mayonnaise 
  • tablespoon pimento chopped
  • servings salt 
  • 0.5  vidalia onion finely chopped

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions.
  2. Drain well and transfer to a large serving bowl.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, sweet dill relish, pimentos, celery, carrots and onions to another bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the eggs and mash them into the mayonnaise mixture using a fork.
  5. Pour the macaroni into the mixture and stir to incorporate.
  6. Serve it while it's still warm.
