Ingredients

  • cup broccoli florets fresh
  • tablespoon butter 
  • cubes chicken bouillon 
  • pounds chicken breast boneless skinless cubed
  • teaspoons flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 cups mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 1.5 cups mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • 11 ounce mandarin orange segents drained canned
  • 0.3 cup orange juice concentrate undiluted thawed
  • 0.7 cup water

Directions

  1. Place broccoli in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water, and cover. Cook until tender but still firm, about 2 to 6 minutes.
  2. Drain, cool and set aside.
  3. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Saute chicken in butter until browned.
  5. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  6. Saute mushrooms in skillet for 1 minute; remove from skillet and set aside. Stir in flour, water, orange juice concentrate and seasoning.
  7. Heat to boiling, stirring. Simmer, stirring, for 4 minutes. Return chicken and mushrooms to skillet; stir in orange segments, green onion and broccoli.
  8. Heat through and serve.
