Ingredients

  • 10 oz apricot preserves 
  • 0.5 cup original barbecue sauce kraft
  • cups bread crumbs fresh
  •  eggs beaten
  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • lb ground beef 
  • Tbsp butter 
  • 0.5 cup onions chopped
  • tsp salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix meat, crumbs, onions, eggs, parsley and salt. Shape into 56 meatballs, each about 1 inch in diameter. Brown in margarine in large skillet; drain.
  3. Place in 2-qt. casserole dish.
  4. Mix preserves and barbecue sauce.
  5. Pour over meatballs; mix lightly.
  6. Bake 30 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
