Ingredients

  • cup carrots shredded
  • tablespoon cider vinegar 
  • cup cucumber thinly sliced
  • tablespoons mayonnaise fat-free
  • 0.3 cup feta crumbled
  • tablespoons pinenuts 
  •  pita pockets whole-wheat
  • 0.5 cup onion red thinly sliced
  • 0.5 pound deli roast beef cut into thin strips
  • cups romaine lettuce shredded
  • tablespoons skim milk

Directions
