Ingredients

  • 1.8 cups flour 
  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.3 cup creamy peanut butter 
  • 0.5 cup t brown sugar dark packed ()
  • large eggs 
  • ounces chocolate chopped (such as Lindt or Perugina)
  • ounces milk chocolate chips 
  • tablespoons powdered sugar 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted room temperature ()
  • 1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil 
  • tablespoons whipping cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Whisk first 4 ingredients in medium bowl. Using electric mixer, beat powdered sugar, dark brown sugar, and butter in large bowl to blend.
  3. Add peanut butter; beat until creamy. Gradually beat in vegetable oil and vanilla extract, then egg.
  4. Add dry ingredients; mix just until blended. Stir in milk chocolate chips.
  5. Drop cookie dough by level tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing about 1 1/2 inches apart.
