  • oz jell-o lemon flavor gelatin 
  •  vanilla wafers 
  • 1.5 cups water boiling
  • 0.5 cup cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Mix pudding mix and gelatin mix in medium bowl.
  2. Add boiling water; stir 2 min. until mixes are completely dissolved. Refrigerate 15 min.
  3. Place 1 wafer in bottom of each of 8 dessert dishes; cover with pudding mixture.
  4. Top with COOL WHIP.
