  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • large eggs 
  • 0.8 cup cup heavy whipping cream whole
  • serving m&m candies 
  • 0.3 teaspoon orange food coloring 
  • 0.5 cup orange juice 
  • tablespoon orange zest 
  • 60  peanut butter cups miniature
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.8 cup sugar 
  • teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Place baking cups in 5 (12-cup) mini muffin pans (or bake in batches).
  3. Beat butter and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer in a large bowl; beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
  4. Combine cream and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  5. Combine flour and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; add to butter mixture, alternating with cream, beginning and ending with flour. Spoon batter into prepared muffin pans, filling cups 2/3 full.
  6. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Transfer to wire racks; cool completely. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting; garnish, if desired.
