  • oz biscuits refrigerated canned (5 biscuits)
  • 1.3 cups cholesterol-free egg product 
  •  green onions sliced
  • 0.3 cup roasted peppers red chopped
  • 0.5 cup milk sharp cheddar cheese shredded 2% divided kraft

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Separate biscuits; cut each crosswise in half. Press each into 4-inch round.
  3. Place 1 dough round in each of 10 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Combine egg product, peppers, onions and 1/4 cup cheese; spoon into cups.
  5. Bake 15 min. or until centers are set.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
