Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • pouch basic cookie mix chunk (1 lb 1.5 oz)
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • 12 oz fluffy frosting 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, stir cookie mix, melted butter and 1 egg until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan.
  2. Bake 10 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and the remaining 2 eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  4. Spread over cookie base.
  5. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool 30 minutes.
  6. Spread frosting over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
