Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup firmly brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup plus light
  • 2.5 cups rice cereal crisp
  • 0.5 cup milk chocolate morsels 
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter 
  • cups quick-cooking oats uncooked
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
  2. Bring brown sugar and syrup to a boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until blended.
  3. Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until coated; let stand 10 minutes. Stir in chocolate morsels. Press mixture into a 13- x 9-inch pan; cool in pan on a wire rack.
  4. Cut into bars.
