Ingredients

  • Tbsp butter melted
  • 14 oz chicken broth canned
  • Tbsp grey poupon harvest coarse ground mustard 
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed ()
  • tsp parsley fresh chopped
  •  onion chopped
  • Tbsp parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • 1.5 lb potatoes red peeled thinly sliced ( 3)
  • 35  ritz crackers crushed

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  4. Add cream cheese, broth and mustard; mix well.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add potatoes; toss to coat. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over potato mixture.
  8. Bake 50 min. to 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
  9. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
