  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • cup brown sugar packed
  • ounces weight cream cheese fat-free block-style
  • large egg whites 
  • large eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • cup graham cracker crumbs low-fat ( 6 cookie sheets)
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.3 cup walnuts chopped (pecans and walnuts)
  • cup orange juice 
  • tablespoon orange zest grated
  • teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons stick margarine softened
  • cup cool whip fat-free frozen thawed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Lightly spoon the flour into a dry measuring cup, and level with a knife.
  3. Combine flour, crumbs, and the next 12 ingredients (crumbs through egg white); beat mixture at medium speed of a mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in nuts. Spoon the batter into a 12-cup Bundt pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack 5 minutes.
  5. Remove cake from pan; cool completely on wire rack.
  6. Serve cake with whipped topping.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
