  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • cup brown sugar packed
  • cup butter softened
  • 4.6 ounce chocolate chopped
  • large eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 2.5 cups oats uncooked
  • 1.5 cups pecans chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • cup sugar 
  • tablespoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Process oats in a blender or food processor until ground.
