  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar packed
  •  eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • cups oats quick
  • cup raisins 
  • cup shortening 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.8 cup walnut pieces chopped
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (or 190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
  2. Put all ingredients except raisins (or chips) and walnuts in food processor.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Put in bowl and add raisins and walnuts, stir.
  5. Drop by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes. NOTE: Can use parchment paper instead of grease on cookie sheet.
