- 0.3 cup flour all-purpose
- 3 tablespoons parsley fresh minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions
- Rinse potatoes in cold water; drain thoroughly. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, eggs, onion, flour, parsley, salt and pepper.

- Drain on paper towels.
