Ingredients
- 0.5 cup beef broth
- 0.3 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons flour all-purpose
- 0.5 cup cup heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 0.1 teaspoon pepper
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup swiss cheese shredded
- 6 onion yellow halved sliced

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8 inch square baking dish.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions; cook and stir until tender, about 5 minutes.
