Indulge in the irresistible allure of OREO Biscotti, a delightful dessert that perfectly marries the iconic cream-filled crunch of OREO cookies with the timeless charm of Italian biscotti. This recipe is a labor of love that transforms simple pantry staples into a sophisticated treat, offering a unique twist on the classic almond biscotti by infusing it with the rich, chocolatey flavor everyone adores. With just a handful of ingredients including melted butter, eggs, flour, and that star player—the coarsely chopped OREOs—you can create a dessert that feels both nostalgic and entirely new.

What makes this biscotti recipe truly special is the dual-baking process. After an initial bake that sets the structure, the loaves are sliced into thick, rustic pieces and returned to the oven. This second stage is crucial, as it toasts the edges to a perfect golden brown while maintaining a satisfying, slightly crisp texture that holds up beautifully when dipped in coffee or enjoyed on its own. The final touch involves drizzling the cooled slices with melted semi-sweet chocolate, which adds a glossy finish and an extra layer of decadence that elevates the entire experience.

Perfect for sharing with family and friends, this recipe yields twenty-four servings, making it an ideal choice for holiday gatherings, afternoon tea parties, or as a thoughtful gift. At just 196 calories per serving, it offers a guilt-free indulgence packed with protein, healthy fats, and complex carbohydrates. Whether you are a seasoned baker or a kitchen novice, the straightforward instructions ensure success, guiding you from mixing the dough to the final chocolate drizzle. Prepare to be amazed by the aromatic blend of vanilla, chocolate, and cookies that fills your home, promising a moment of pure joy with every bite.
