  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper red crushed
  • tablespoons ginger fresh grated peeled
  • 0.3 cup green onions chopped ( 1)
  • tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • ounces noodles chinese-style uncooked
  • tablespoons peanut butter 
  •  bell pepper red thinly sliced
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  2. Drain; transfer to a large bowl.
  3. Add green onions and bell pepper; set aside, and cool slightly.
  4. Combine soy sauce and remaining 4 ingredients; stir well.
  5. Pour soy sauce mixture over noodles, tossing well.
  6. Serve warm or at room temperature.
