  • slices oscar mayer bacon 
  • 0.5 cup knudsen cream sour
  •  eggs beaten
  •  bell pepper green finely chopped
  • lb ground pork 
  • cup salsa red divided
  • oz stove top stuffing mix for chicken

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix pork, stuffing mix, eggs, peppers and sour cream in large bowl until well blended.
  3. Shape pork mixture into oval loaf in 13x9-inch baking dish; top with 1/2 cup of the salsa and bacon slices.
  4. Bake 1 hour 15 min. or until cooked through (170F).
  5. Remove from oven; cover.
  6. Let stand 10 min.
  7. Serve with remaining 1/2 cup salsa, warmed.
