  • 10 ounce biscuits refrigerated canned
  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • 0.8 teaspoon ground cinnamon divided
  • cup peaches in syrup light canned drained chopped
  • tablespoons sugar divided

Directions

  1. Combine peaches, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
  2. Sprinkle flour over work surface. Separate biscuits; place on floured surface.
  3. Roll each biscuit to a 4 1/2-inch circle.
  4. Place one heaping tablespoon peach mixture over half of each circle.
  5. Brush edges of circles with water; fold in half. Seal edges by pressing with a fork.
  6. Place pies on a ungreased baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
  7. Combine remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon; sprinkle over pies.
  8. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
