  •  egg whites 
  • teaspoons spring onion minced
  • teaspoons parmesan cheese grated
  • Dash salt 
  • 0.3 cup skim milk

Directions

  1. Heavily coat 2 popover pan cups or 2 muffin pan cups with cooking spray, and set aside.
