- 15 ounce .5 can cannellini beans canned
- 1.5 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cups penne pasta
- 4 servings salt to taste
- 2 tomatoes chopped

- Saute onion until tender. Stir in tomatoes and entire can of beans.
- Let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

- Mix pasta with bean mixture and salt as desired.
