  • teaspoon cajun spice 
  • 15 ounce black beans rinsed drained canned
  • 10 ounce canned tomatoes diced green undrained canned
  • cups penne pasta hot tube-shaped cooked uncooked ( 3 cups pasta)
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 cup onion diced
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper diced red
  • ounces preshredded 4-cheese mexican recipe blend cheese (such as Sargento)
  • ounces turkey kielbasa halved lengthwise thinly sliced

Directions

  1. Place a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; saut 5 minutes.
