  • oz basil fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • pints grape tomatoes 
  • 0.3 cup olive oil 
  • pound soup noodles dried
  • servings salt and pepper 
  • teaspoon sugar

Directions

  1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente.
  2. Drain well and keep warm.
  3. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add the pasta to the sauce and stir well to combine.
  7. Serve warm.
