Ingredients

  • 14.5 ounce canned tomatoes crushed canned
  • 12 ounce tuna drained canned
  • tablespoon capers 
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • cloves garlic crushed
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  •  onion chopped
  • 16 ounce soup noodles dry
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper flakes red

Directions

  1. In a large saute pan, heat oil over low heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in capers, tomatoes, lemon juice, and parsley. Season with red pepper flakes to taste. Simmer gently for 3 minutes to thicken sauce. Fold in tuna, and heat through.
  3. While sauce is cooking, add pasta to a large pot of rapidly boiling water; cook till just tender.
  4. Drain well.
  5. Toss pasta with sauce, and serve.
