  • 1.5 lb pork chops bone-in
  • Tbsp grey poupon savory honey mustard 
  • 8.5 oz peach in juice undrained canned
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.3 cup peach preserves 
  • oz stove top stuffing mix for pork
  • 55 servings water hot

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Drain peaches, reserving juice.
  3. Add enough hot water to reserved juice to measure 1-1/2 cups; pour into large bowl.
  4. Add butter; stir until melted. Stir in stuffing mix and peaches.
  5. Let stand 5 min.
  6. Spoon into 13x9-inch pan; top with chops.
  7. Mix preserves and mustard; spoon over chops.
  8. Bake 40 min. or until chops are done (160F).
