  • 0.5 cup cereal 
  • tablespoon juice of lemon 
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter 
  • 16 servings whole-wheat

Directions

  1. Peel bananas, cut into small cubes and toss with lemon juice in a small bowl.
  2. Spread 2 Tbsp. peanut butter on each wrap, forming a 5- to 6-inch circle. Divide bananas evenly among wraps and sprinkle 2 Tbsp. granola and 1/4 of the chopped apricots over each.
  3. Roll up, cut in half (or in slices, as shown) and wrap in foil.
