  • Tbsp butter melted
  • 32 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • 32  peanut butter sandwich cookies divided
  • cup sugar 
  • tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Chop 16 cookies; reserve for later use. Finely crush remaining cookies; place in medium bowl.
  3. Add butter; mix well. Press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  5. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the chopped cookies; pour over crust.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining chopped cookies.
  7. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
