Ingredients

  • box duncan hines devil's food cake 
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.8 cup butter softened
  •  eggs 
  • tablespoons milk 
  • oz milk chocolate chips 
  • 0.8 cup peanut butter 
  • cups powdered sugar ( l lb)
  • 0.8 cup roasted peanuts chopped
  • oz semi chocolate chips 
  • teaspoon vanilla 
  • 0.5 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F. In medium bowl, mix crust ingredients; press in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Bake 12 minutes. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  3. In large bowl, mix all filling ingredients except peanuts until smooth and well blended. Stir in peanuts.
  4. Spread and pat filling evenly over cooled crust.
  5. In medium microwavable bowl, microwave ganache ingredients on High 1 minute. Stir with whisk; microwave about 30 seconds longer. Stir again until mixture is smooth.
  6. Spread ganache over filling.
  7. Let stand at room temperature until set and completely cooled, 2 to 3 hours.
  8. Cut into 4 rows by 3 rows.
