Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup firmly brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup cranberries dried
  • 0.3 cup flour all-purpose divided
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • 0.3 cup butter reduced-calorie
  • 32 ounce pear halves in syrup light canned
  • 0.7 cup quick-cooking oats uncooked

Directions

  1. Drain pears, reserving 3/4 cup liquid. Discard remaining liquid.
  2. Combine pears, 3/4 cup liquid, and cranberries.
  3. Combine 1 tablespoon flour and allspice; sprinkle over pear mixture, and toss lightly. Spoon mixture into an 8-inch square pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Combine remaining 1/4 cup flour, oats, and sugar.
  5. Cut in margarine with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
  6. Sprinkle oat mixture over pear mixture.
  7. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
