Pear Dauphine’ Cocktail

Ingredients

• 0.5 oz anjou pear fresh green
• 0.8 oz st. germain such as st. germain or belvoir
• 0.8 oz hendrick's gin 
• 1 serving ice cubes 
• 0.5 oz juice of lemon 
• 0.8 oz pear liqueur such as clear creek pear brandy or aqua perfecta pear eau de vie

Directions

1. Pour ingredients in shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a cocktailglass of your choosing.
2. Garnish with an edible flower or paper-thin slice of pear on the edge of the glass.
