  • ounces country ham lean finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup egg substitute fat-free
  • 0.5 cup skim milk fat-free
  • 0.3 cup pecans toasted coarsely chopped

  6. Pour batter into preheated skillet.
  7. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
