Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup butter melted
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • cup golden raisins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg 
  • cup pecans toasted chopped
  • cup sugar 
  • 30 ounce phyllo tart shells 
  • 10 servings garnishes: whipped cream 
  • tablespoon vinegar white

Directions

  1. Stir together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in raisins and toasted pecans.
  2. Spoon filling evenly into tart shells.
  3. Place shells on a large baking sheet.
  4. Bake tarts at 325 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden.
  5. Garnish, if desired.
  6. Note: For testing purposes only, we used Dutch Ann frozen tart shells.
