  • tablespoons bottled garlic minced
  • teaspoon sesame oil dark
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • tablespoons bottled ground ginger fresh
  • teaspoon soya sauce low-sodium
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pound rump steak trimmed

Directions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  2. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients (flour through steak), tossing to coat.
  3. Add beef mixture to pan; saut 3 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and remaining ingredients to pan; cover and cook 7 minutes or until the peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
