  • 16 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • oz ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust 
  • cup raspberries fresh
  • Tbsp raspberry preserves red
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla 
  • cup cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended.
  3. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  4. Pour into crust. Dot top of batter with preserves; swirl gently with knife.
  5. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate several hours.
  6. Serve topped with COOL WHIP and raspberries.
