  •  eggs 
  • oz ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust 
  • 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • dash ground nutmeg 
  • Tbsp pancake syrup 
  • 0.8 cup planters pecans chopped
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.8 cup sweet potatoes canned mashed drained
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Beat first 7 ingredients with mixer until blended.
  3. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  4. Pour into crust; top with nuts.
  5. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
  6. Drizzle with syrup just before serving.
