  • Tbsp butter melted
  • cup knudsen cream sour
  • 32 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • cups oreo cookies crushed
  • oz baker's semi-sweet chocolate cooled melted (6 oz.)
  • cup sugar 
  • tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of foil-lined 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Bake 10 min.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
  5. Add sour cream; mix well.
  6. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended.
  7. Reserve 1 cup batter. Stir chocolate into remaining batter; pour over crust. Top with spoonfuls of reserved plain batter.
  8. Swirl batters with knife.
  9. Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours.
