  • 0.5 cup firmly brown sugar packed
  • 16 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  egg yolk 
  • oz ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust 
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar 
  • tsp vanilla 
  • Tbsp water 
  •  eggs whole

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Beat cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add whole eggs and egg yolk; mix until blended.
  3. Pour into pie crust.
  4. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat broiler just before serving.
  6. Mix brown sugar and water; spread over cheesecake.
  7. Place on baking sheet. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until topping is hot and bubbly.
  8. Serve immediately. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
