  • Tbsp butter melted
  • cups coconut macaroon cookie crumbs soft
  • 16 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 tsp imitation vanilla 
  • cup strawberries sliced
  • 0.5 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto bottom and up side of greased 9-inch pie plate. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  3. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  4. Pour into crust.
  5. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with strawberries just before serving.
