Ingredients

  • 16 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • oz ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust 
  • drops food coloring red
  • medium strawberries sliced
  • 0.3 cup strawberry preserves 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla 
  • cup cool whip whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
  3. Remove 1 cup of the batter.
  4. Add preserves and food coloring; stir until well blended.
  5. Pour into crust; cover with the remaining plain batter.
  6. Bake 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
  7. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Top with the whipped topping and strawberries just before serving. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
