Ingredients

  • teaspoons vegetable oil 
  • 0.5 cup onion chopped
  • cup bell pepper green red chopped
  • cups roast beef sliced chopped
  • oz chilis green chopped canned
  • slices processed cheese food white cut into pieces (from 16-oz package)
  • oz cream cheese 
  • 0.3 cup salad dressing 
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • serving pretzels hard

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray ovenproof 1-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil, onion and bell peppers over medium heat; cook and stir about 5 minutes or until onion has softened and turned translucent. Stir in roast beef; cook 2 minutes.
  3. Add chiles, American cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise and pepper; stir until cheese is melted.
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  6. Serve with pretzels as dippers.
