  • 8-inch flour tortilla fat-free ()
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • pound pork tenderloins trimmed cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • small onion chopped
  • 0.7 cup picante sauce 
  • 0.3 cup raisins 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup cheddar cheese light shredded (such as Sargento)
  • tablespoons slivered almonds toasted
  • teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Place pork in a large bowl.
